I go through this protein powder so fast! I use it everyday after a gym session and it really has made a big difference in my routine. I feel much better waking up the next morning, and not that sluggish feeling after lifting heavy. Just wish I could find this in my local grocery store!

This is a great source of protein for my recovery after a tough workout. I love that it has 24 gams of protein, which is great for my recovery, too, and I know my muscles are getting what they need. I wish it was a bit lower in calories, though!

5 Great post-workout choice
I have tried a lot of pe- and post-workouts, and this one is the best. I actually really do notice a difference in the way my muscles feel after a few days of taking this. It helps with recovery, and I also notice a difference in my energy too. I also think it tastes pretty good, which is definitely a big plus with protein powders!

This is truly so good. I was skeptical about the orange cream flavor but it was actually really tasty. I like to have it just blended with almond milk at the end of the night, and it also makes a good protein ice cream with a unique flavor. My body feels so much more rejuvenated to work out and feel stronger the next day to hit the gym again.
